Compatibility
This adapter is engineered for use with BD18V (18V) and 20V lithium-ion batteries commonly found in power tool platforms. It serves as a convenient power station for devices requiring 12V DC or 5V USB, such as LED lights, fans, radios, and mobile devices.
Battery Level Indication
When the battery is connected, the LED indicator flashes for 5 seconds and then turns off. Press the button once to check the status:
- 3 solid lights: battery level > 80%
- 2 solid lights: battery level > 50%
- 1 solid light: battery level > 20%
- 1 flashing light: battery level < 10%
- 3 flashing lights: battery exhausted, converter stops output
Protection Mechanisms
- Short-circuit protection: automatically disconnects output
- Overcurrent protection: safeguards the battery and adapter
- Undervoltage protection: prevents deep discharge of the battery
Note: If output is lost due to protection activation, simply disconnect the adapter from the battery and reconnect it to restore function.
